During the age of technology, Spring Haven farm works to bring people together through animals. Whether it is s’mores with goats or petting highland cows, adults and children have been coming to the farm since 2016. Not only does the farm allow interactions with the animals on site, but they offer other activities to bring people together such as a craft barn for arts and crafts, mini golf and a shooting range. They even have a Renaissance Festival that allows for visitors, performers, and sellers alike to come and dress up. The farm has continued to grow since its opening, and is constantly being renovated for future guests and the happiness of the animals. However, with the fun and love, also comes life. At the end of the day, Spring Haven farm is also a business run by a family. By delving into both the joy and reality of running a farm open to the public, a new form of connection evolves, one that shows that despite hard hours of shoveling manure and vet visits, seeing the smile of a child as they hold a rabbit for the first time makes all of it worth it.
